1. Who we are
This website is operated by EARLY FORGE VENTURE STUDIO LLC (“Early Forge”, “we”, “us”). We are an operator-led venture studio. For anything related to this policy, contact us at info@earlyforgestudios.com.
2. What we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum:
- Contact form. If you use our contact form, we receive the information you submit: your name, email address, company (optional), and message. This is delivered to us by email via a form-relay service (FormSubmit).
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages in standard server logs, used for security and operating the service.
- Fonts. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; when your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries you send us through the contact form.
- To operate, secure, and maintain the website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Cookies and local storage
This site does not set tracking cookies. We use your browser’s local storage for exactly one thing: remembering your choice on our cookie/privacy banner (key ef-consent), so we don’t show it on every visit. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings. Third parties we rely on (Vercel, Google Fonts, FormSubmit) may set strictly functional cookies of their own as part of delivering their service.
5. Who we share data with
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and delivery.
- FormSubmit — relays contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Google LLC — serves the web fonts used on this site.
These providers process data only as needed to provide their services. We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.
6. Data retention
Contact-form messages are kept in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our ongoing relationship, after which they may be deleted. Hosting logs are retained by our providers per their standard policies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@earlyforgestudios.com — we’ll respond within the timelines required by applicable law. See also our Data Protection page.
8. Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here with a new “last updated” date. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
